PLEASE NOTE:
Due to a significant flooding incident at 170 Hargrave Street on Monday August 19, 2024, the Winnipeg Fire Department has asked all tenants to leave. We haven’t been given a time frame when tenants can return.
We need to assess the damage and have the proper contractors complete the repairs.
We are working to have this completed as quickly as possible.
